blitzing away stress

When I need to forget, one of the activities I immerse myself in is playing bejewelled blitz.  I don't buy any extras to make my game go faster or to score additional points.  I just play.  Sometimes for a just a little bit, sometimes for a good hour or until my fingers are numb.  And for those few minutes (or hours), I rid my mind of worry (huh, what kids?) and challenge another side of my brain.  

The stresses are forgotten and my competitive spirit is brought to the fore.  

Whatever works, right?
