of Project 52
Over the Thanksgiving holiday, and in between catching up with friends and family, we found ourselves taking a short trip to Venice Beach. Although I've been to the Marina del Rey area several times over the past few years, we've never ventured far enough to reach the beach.
These pictures were taken with our 35mm f/2 lens at the corner of Speedway and Washington streets.
I was wishing that I bought my own cruiser.
Where, oh where, were the lifeguards?
Sand circles. The truth is out there. Somewhere.
Miles of sandy beach...
I could have stayed here all day. Except that there was excellent Turkey and fabulous desserts waiting at the house.
