prelude to summer

we're planning summer activities for the kids right now. trying to keep it simple this time around. more local trips to historical places and parks no more than 4 hours away and can be reached by car or train.

I came across pictures from last summer and wanted to share those with you...

how can one forget maui?

this trip was special because it took 2 years to make it happen. it may take longer to go back, but it's worth making it happen again...
